We are working with a leading electrical design company in Peterborough who are going through a considerable amount of growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with customers on the phone and be able to prioritise tasks whilst working towards deadlines. Therefore, it's very important that you're computer literate and thrive working under pressure when “the going gets tough”.

What’s involved…

• Deal with customer enquiries on the phone and via email
• Data entry, updating customer records
• Delivery of excellent customer service
• Process internal company reports and log on CRM system
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets
• Process sales orders
• You will need...
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent phone manner
• Commitment, enthusiastic, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
• Experience within an Administrator or Customer Service position
• Able to work well under pressure
• This position is full time, permanent and is working Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm.
• Salary £20,000 - £25,000 P.A depending on experience.
