Systems and Compliance Manager

Systems & Compliance Manager Location: Worcestershire/Herefordshire Area (Multi-site role)

Are you an experienced quality and compliance professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-paced manufacturing environment?

• Managing and developing Quality Management Systems (QMS).


• Leading internal audits, GMP audits and supporting external certification audits.


• Driving compliance with recognised industry standards and customer requirements.


• Planning and facilitating HACCP reviews, risk assessments and mock recalls.


• Leading product safety initiatives and fostering a positive compliance culture.


• Supporting supplier approval processes and customer compliance activities. Managing traceability exercises and compliance reporting.


• Providing expert quality, regulatory and compliance guidance across the business.


• Delivering training and coaching to support operational excellence. Supporting environmental and sustainability initiatives.

About You

• Previous experience within manufacturing, packaging, food production or another highly regulated industry.


• Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualifications.


• HACCP qualification and strong understanding of risk management.


• Experience working with recognised standards such as BRC, FSC, ISCC+ or AIB.


• Excellent communication and influencing skills. Proactive approach and passion for continuous improvement.
