We’re looking for an experienced Senior or Principal Civil Engineer to join our Glasgow team and play a key role in shaping the city’s evolving skyline. The Role
You’ll be leading and contributing to the design and delivery of complex building structures, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to bring ambitious developments to life. From early-stage concept design through to construction, you’ll have real influence over projects that stand out—both technically and visually.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the civil and structural design of major building projects
• Deliver innovative, practical solutions across a range of developments

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in civil engineering within building structures
• Strong technical expertise in design and analysis
• Chartered status (or working towards it) with a relevant institution
• Ability to lead projects and communicate effectively with clients and teams
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
