Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Manchester

£27,000 Base + Uncapped Commission | £40,000 OTE Year 1

Our client is looking for sporty, competitive and ambitious people to join their Manchester team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

You don't need any recruitment experience. They want people with the right mentality and will teach you everything else.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be trained to become a successful Recruitment Consultant, working across:

• Candidate sourcing and headhunting
• Building relationships with clients
• Winning new business
• Managing the recruitment process
• Interviewing and qualifying candidates
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Working towards individual and team targets

The Package

• £27,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission
• £40,000 OTE in Year 1
