Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Preston (PR3), Lancashire. Key Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant based in Preston, your daily duties will include:
Supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and associated complex needs in their learning and development.
Assisting teaching staff in delivering tailored educational programmes and activities.
Promoting positive behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive environment for all students.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Teaching Assistant, you will need:
No specific qualifications are required, but a passion for helping children reach their full potential is essential.
Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs is desirable.
Mandatory compliance with DBS checks and reference verification in line with government regulations and safer recruitment practices.
