Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care Location: Croydon AreaSalary: Circa £45,000 per year (DOE)Hours: 37.5 hours per week + on-call dutiesContract: Full-time, PermanentA well-established family-run domiciliary care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and develop its service in the Croydon area. The RoleOversee the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care serviceConduct client assessments and ensure person-centred care planningRecruit, manage, and develop office and care staffMaintain CQC compliance and governance standardsManage audits, quality assurance processes, and regulatory requirementsBuild relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionalsSupport service growth through community engagement and local networkingRequirementsLevel 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)Previous experience in domiciliary care management or senior leadershipStrong understanding of CQC regulations and complianceExperience managing teams and delivering high-quality care servicesFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleAbility to participate in on-call support for staff and clientsCommutable From Purley, Wallington, Carshalton, Mitcham, Coulsdon, Epsom, Banstead, Thornton Heath, Bromley and surrounding South London / Surrey areas.
