About the Role
Working alongside experienced contracts and project managers, you will support the day-to-day coordination of electrical works from pre-construction through to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of electrical installation projects
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and programme requirements
- Assist with reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information
- Monitor progress and help ensure works are delivered safely and to programme
- Attend project, client and site meetings
- Support procurement and the preparation of project documentation
- Liaise with site teams, suppliers and the wider project team
- Help manage technical queries, variations and project records
- Assist with quality inspections, testing, commissioning and handover
Skills and Experience
- Electrical installation, engineering or building services experience
- An interest in progressing into contracts management
- Ability to read electrical drawings and specifications
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Confident working with site and office-based teams
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- Salary from £30,000, dependent on experience
- Structured development into electrical contracts management
- Support from experienced project and commercial teams
- Exposure to live electrical projects across London
- Long-term career progression within an established contractor
