About the role

  • A degree in engineering or an equivalent STEM qualification.
  • Proven experience in Reliability & Maintainability (R&M), RAMS, or dependability engineering, ideally within defence or safety-critical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of FMEA/FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis, FRACAS, and RCA techniques.
  • Experience supporting engineering assurance, testing, or trials on complex defence programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Current and active SC clearance

Desirable skills include land systems or military vehicle experience, ILS knowledge, or experience supporting MOD or defence prime contractors.

  • Day Rate: Up to £440 (Inside IR35)
  • Security Clearance: SC Required
  • Standard working hours: 30 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day
