Job Type: Temporary Cover - 2 Days
Dates: 21st & 22nd September 2026
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay: £14.25 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a Cover Receptionist to support our client in Cramlington for two days.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable, organised and hardworking receptionist who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and providing a professional first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and signing in visitors
- Providing efficient administrative support to the wider team
- Identifying and responding to visitors' and clients' requirements
- Liaising with customers and clients both face-to-face and over the phone
- Supporting the wider administration team as required
- Managing the calendar and scheduling meetings
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and professional reception area
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional and confident communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
