We're supporting a leading engineering and manufacturing business in their search for a Quality Controller to join their team in Norwich.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with quality inspection experience who enjoys working closely with production and engineering teams to ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Core Duties:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with quality inspection experience who enjoys working closely with production and engineering teams to ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Core Duties:
- Conducting in-process and final product inspections
- Identifying and reporting non-conforming products
- Supporting investigations and corrective actions
- Maintaining quality records and inspection documentation
- Inspecting products prior to shipment
- Producing Certificates of Conformity
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business
- Experience in a Quality Controller, Quality Inspector, or similar role
- Background within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of quality standards and inspection processes
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
