About the Role​

Responsibilities

• Analyse large and complex datasets to identify key trends and insights that support business goals

• Work alongside Analysts and Data Scientists to drive strategic, data-led decision-making

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support performance tracking

• Assist in enhancing data collection, transformation, and quality processes

• Provide clear, accurate analysis to support non-technical teams across the organisation

• Monitor data quality, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accuracy and consistency

• Use visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau to communicate insights effectively

• Ensure all work aligns with GDPR regulations and data governance standards

• Confidently present findings to stakeholders, offering valuable insights that influence decisions

Requirements

• 2024 or 2025 graduate with a 2:1 or above in a numerate or analytical field (e.g., Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science)

• Confident in writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data

• Strong knowledge of Python for analysis, automation, or data handling

• Understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data pipelines

• Experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar

• Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information

• Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment

• Passionate about transforming data into insights that support business performance
