About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator to work on behalf of our client based in Stevenage, this is a temporary position for a period of 4 months with the further opportunities available.

Senior Administrator - Job Overview
Managing an inbox of tasks to complete in a timely manner
Liaising with supply chain to ensure internal stock is replenished
Acting as a key point of contact for senior clients and delivering an exceptional level of service
Coordinating company vehicles and ensuring they are logged in and out and tracked accordingly
Producing reports
Managing queries regarding vehicles and invoices
Supporting with adhoc projects
Senior Administrator - Skills & Experience Required
Experience within an operations role or scheduling role is essential
Previous experience working in Plant & Fleet desirable
Proficient in the use of MS Excel and MS Word
Exposure to working within a large business is advantageous
High level of attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively
Confident communicator, able build internal and external relationships
