Engineering Technician

A great opportunity is available at an innovative medical device company in Gloucestershire! Chroma are searching for an experienced Engineering Technician to join their growing R&D team.

The ideal candidate is someone with previous experience working with electro-mechanical products, with strong hands-on skills in testing. As part of the R&D team, you’ll work closely with the engineers on

The Engineering Technician will be responsible for using a range of test equipment, fault finding to component level and supporting the construction and modification of prototypes and test equipment. Experience producing basic engineering reports and documentation will also be beneficial.

Engineering Technician requirements:

• HNC / Degree or relevant qualification in engineering
• Engineering background
• Electronics or mechanical background
• Experience using a range of test equipment for product and component verification
• R&D testing
• Experience working with electronic/electro-mechanical products
• Experience producing engineering reports and basic technical documentation
