The Role – Bar Manager

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing bar team
• Oversee all day-to-day bar operations, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences in a busy, high-energy environment
• Manage stock control, ordering, GP performance, and operational efficiency
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service
• Drive team engagement, training, and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, health & safety, and company procedures
