Must-Haves / Experience
Ideally 2+ years' experience as a Service Advisor
Valid driving licence (essential)
Previous motor trade or main dealership experience desirable
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience booking vehicles into the workshop and managing service appointments
Ability to provide accurate estimates and keep customers updated throughout repairs
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload
Professional telephone manner and a positive, team-focused attitude
