Location: Lichfield

Rate: £ 9.50 - £10.00 p/h

Our client based in Eastern Avenue, Lichfield is a busy transport office. We are currently recruiting on their behalf for an administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for maternity cover until the end of August.
Applicants will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience working in an office/administrator role.
Duties will include the following:
* receiving and processing customers onto site
* answering the telephone - taking orders and entering them onto the computerised booking system
* dealing with customer account queries
* answering customer emails
* general office duties
The ideal applicant will be adept at multi tasking, and prioritising work load. Previous experience of MS Office applications is a must.
This role will be for 30 hours per week/6 hours per day. The working hours will be based Monday to Friday, but start and finish times are flexible so would suit someone with children of school age. A degree of flexibility is desirable in case of holiday cover and assisting during busy times.
This position is available immediately.
