Skilled Labourer

My client is the mechanical subcontractor on site and requires a Skilled Labourer to work on two floors assisting the Pipe Fitters.
 
HOURLY RATE : £18.00 per hour – CIS
 
LOCATION : Cambridge (CB4)
 
DATE COMMENCING : Monday 12th October 2026
 
LENGTH OF CONTRACT : 3 months
 
HOURS OF WORK :
· 7:30 – 16:30
· Book 9 hours per day
 
JOB DESCRIPTION : Skilled Labourer
 
As a Skilled Labourer, you will be on site to assist the Plumber and Pipe Fitters. There are a number of clips that require fixing – you will be shown, what needs doing and how to do it correctly. You will be given any tools needed for the job.
 
REQUIREMENTS : Skilled Labourer
· CSCS Card
· PPE
· UTR – to enable CIS payments
 
PERSON SPECIFICATION : Skilled Labourer
· Can communicate and work well with those already on site, and follow instructions
· Can work the 42.5 hours required each week
· Have experience of working on a construction site
· Be able to turn your hand to most things.
 
Please Note : You will be paid via our payroll partner Quest Pay Solutions, and one of their Account Managers will contact you before you start work. All workers will be paid by CIS.
