Tonic Talent are currently recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for our client’s high-quality gastro pub in the Cotswolds. This establishment prides itself on sourcing the best ingredients for a fantastic Pub Menu. We are looking for a candidate who can run their section, give guidance to the junior chefs, and support the senior leadership team, taking pride in the standard of food they put out.

What are we looking for from Junior Sous Chef candidates?

• Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef, or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, within fresh food kitchens
• Genuine interest in seasonal ingredients, flavours and food trends
• Friendly and professional approach, with a great attitude towards work
• A real team player who enjoys supporting and learning from those around them
• Clear, stable progression shown throughout your CV
