The Client

A well established business providing an ongoing service to its customers, which means the same names come back again and again and relationships matter as much as results. The sales office sits at the centre of it, supporting a field-based sales team out winning and developing business. Everyone in the office works towards the same annual goals, and when the team hits target, everyone shares in the profit.

The Role

You are the person customers speak to when they pick up the phone. You will take their calls, process their orders accurately, chase the detail that keeps a job moving, and give the field sales team whatever they need to close and deliver. It is a hybrid of sales and administration, so you will be juggling calls, paperwork and problem solving, often at the same time, with a team around you who will pick things up when you need them to.

The Candidate

You genuinely enjoy talking to people and you would rather pick up the phone than send an email. You are organised enough to keep orders and paperwork straight while the phone is ringing, and you like being busy. You might be doing internal sales, sales support, order processing, customer service or sales administration now. What matters is that you work well in a close team, you like the pace of a sales office, and you take pride in customers being looked after properly.

The Reward

Up to £32,000 basic, a £5,000 annual bonus and a share of the profit when the team delivers. Hillington based, 40 hours a week with flexible start and finish times, in a professional, well established business where the office runs on team spirit rather than individual scorecards.
