Auto Electrician

Permanent position, four day working week, full time, standard days, paying up to £36k per annum, overtime available & paid at an enhanced rate. The Auto Electrician role’s purpose is to carry out high-quality auto electrical installations, diagnostics, fault-finding and repair work on modern and specialist vehicles.

The Auto Electrician role is based in the Bolton area and is working for a modification and conversion company, this is a great opportunity for an individual who has worked within this industry and is looking for a long term , stable and supportive work place.

Responsibilities of the Auto Electrician:

• Conduct auto electrical work on modern and specialist vehicles, completing assigned jobs to a high standard from start to finish.
• Install, route and connect wiring looms, harnesses and electrical components.
• Carry out the installation and integration of vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
• Use electrical tools, testing equipment and diagnostic systems safely and effectively.
• Perform fault-finding, diagnostics and root-cause analysis of electrical and electronic issues.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics and technical instructions.
