FLT Driver (Counterbalance)

About The Role Our Client is looking for a Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence to join their team in Cramlington on a temporary one-month contract.

This role involves supporting warehouse operations, handling goods safely and efficiently, and operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck as part of daily duties. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth running of the warehouse while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.

· Load, unload, move, and store goods within the warehouse.

· Assist with goods-in and goods-out activities.

· Pick, pack, and prepare orders where required.

· Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

· Follow all warehouse procedures and health and safety guidelines.

· Support the wider warehouse team with general operational duties.

About You

· Valid FLT Counterbalance licence is essential.

· Previous warehouse experience is desirable.

· Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Good attention to detail and accuracy.

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

· Committed to maintaining safe working practices.
