Client Marketing Manager

The Senior Client Marketing Manager will look after a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships and helping to grow existing business. The role involves developing marketing plans, overseeing campaigns, and working closely with clients to ensure activity delivers against their objectives and supports long-term growth.

Job Responsibilities:

· Managing and developing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

· Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing strategic marketing advice and ensuring a high level of service.

· Creating marketing strategies and campaign plans that support client objectives and deliver results.

· Working with internal teams across content, PR, digital, design and web to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.

· Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and supporting business development activities.

· Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

· Driving client retention through proactive account management and consistent value delivery.

· Keeping campaigns and marketing initiatives on track, ensuring agreed actions are completed and objectives are achieved.

Job Requirements:

· Experience managing and growing B2B client accounts, ideally within an agency environment or across multiple businesses and brands as part of a wider group.

· A strong marketing background with experience developing marketing strategies and integrated campaigns that deliver results.

· The ability to understand client objectives and turn them into effective marketing plans and campaigns.

· Experience managing multiple projects and working with a range of internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

· A track record of identifying opportunities to grow client accounts and increase revenue.

· Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.

· Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance client needs with business objectives.

· A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.

· A genuine interest in working with innovative businesses across technical and specialist sectors.
