Are you an experienced Registered Manager | Children’s Residential (EBD) seeking a leadership role in Windsor? Our client, a leading provider of children’s residential services, is looking for a dedicated professional to oversee a high-quality EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) home in Windsor. Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Manager | Children’s Residential (EBD) based in Windsor, your daily duties will include:

Leading the operational management of a children’s residential service, ensuring a safe, caring, and therapeutic environment.
Maintaining full "Registered Person" status in compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
Recruiting, mentoring, and supervising a dedicated care team, fostering professional development in Windsor and surrounding areas.
Developing bespoke care plans that promote the emotional and social development of young people.
Building strong relationships with local authorities and social work teams across Berkshire to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful as a Registered Manager | Children’s Residential (EBD), you will need:

Level 5 Diploma: Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or nearing completion).
Proven managerial experience within an EBD or children’s residential setting.
Deep understanding of Ofsted standards, Quality Standards, and inspection frameworks.
Ability to lead a service effectively within Windsor and the surrounding Berkshire towns.
