Key Responsibilities
As a SEN Primary Teacher based in Liverpool, your daily duties will include:

Planning and delivering engaging, personalised lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Supporting students with autism and additional needs to develop academically, socially, and emotionally
Promoting independence, communication, confidence, and resilience among pupils
Collaborating with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to ensure holistic, consistent support
Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and growth

Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful as a SEN Primary Teacher, you will need:

QTS and a relevant teaching degree
A warm, creative teaching approach and a genuine passion for inclusive education and student wellbeing
Experience working with SEN or ASC students (desirable, not essential)
Calm, adaptable, and patient demeanour with a positive outlook
