Process Engineer

What You Will DoYou will play a key role in optimising the production capability of one of our clients major manufacturing sites producing foam and gas suppression systems used worldwide. This is a hands-on manufacturing engineering role focused on improving efficiency, reducing cost and enhancing quality across production operations. You will work closely with production, engineering and supply chain teams in an office and site-based environment to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.How You Will Do ItPlan, manage and review production plans to meet output, cost and quality objectivesMonitor expenditure and forecast resource and production capacity requirementsOptimise manufacturing layouts for assembly and materials handlingDesign and improve manufacturing processes, equipment and machine utilisationPlan and sequence manufacturing operations to improve flow and efficiencyProvide guidance and input into engineering design concepts for manufacturabilityLead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma / DMAIC methodologiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality, cost and productivity improvementsWhat We Are Looking ForRequired:HNC in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levelsComputer literate with a practical, data-driven mindsetProactive, driven and confident with a strong work ethicWhat Our Client OffersWorking Hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:30am to 4:00pm and Friday from 7:30am to 1:30pm.25 days holiday plus bank holidaysOvertime opportunities (where applicable)If you are interested in this position, please apply online or send your CV directly to [email removed] ...
