About the role

The Titan Group provides a broad range of services across the whole wealth value chain – from financial planning, investment management through to platform, trading, settlement and custody services. Its strategy is to be able to offer modular, incremental services to its clients allowing them to adjust their business models as and when they choose to.  As part of this Titan is also an active acquirer of UK based asset managers and other wealth related businesses.   Due to this Titan Wealth is expanding rapidly through strategic acquisitions, offering a unique combination of start-up energy and the security of private equity backing. It’s an inspiring time to join the team!   Titan Wealth Planning (TWP) is a subsidiary of Titan Wealth. Our focus is providing best-in-class advice on wealth management, employee benefits, and retirement planning. Our mission is to help businesses and their employees explore, set, and achieve their financial goals.

Titan Wealth Holdings is growing, and we’re building a new Client Services Administration Team in our Bristol office. We’re now looking for a Junior / Entry‑Level Client Services Administrator to join the team — an ideal opportunity for someone starting their career in financial planning administration.

This role is perfect for a school leaver, graduate, or someone in their first office-based role within financial services, who is keen to learn, build experience, and progress over time.

This position is a key support role within the team — often described as a “bionic receptionist” — acting as a central admin hub that keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll support our desk‑based Financial Planners and wider admin team, handling core administrative tasks and acting as a first point of contact for clients.

Over time, there are clear opportunities to progress into more senior IFA administration roles within the team.

  • Assisting with client onboarding and general client administration
  • Using back‑office and platform systems (training provided)
  • About you

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional, client‑focused manner

  • Backgrounds that could work well include:

  • School leavers or graduates seeking a first role in financial services
