Stock Controller

Job Title: Stock Controller Location: Willenhall
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 07:30 – 16:00 | Friday 07:30 – 12:30

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join a busy and well-established company based in Willenhall. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive team where accuracy, organisation, and efficiency are highly valued.

As a Stock Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, monitoring stock movements, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems and processes and takes pride in maintaining high levels of stock accuracy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitoring and maintaining accurate stock records
• Carrying out regular stock counts and cycle counts
• Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
• Updating stock management systems and databases
• Producing stock and inventory reports
• Processing goods in and goods out transactions
• Liaising with warehouse and purchasing teams regarding stock levels
• Ensuring stock is stored correctly and efficiently
• Supporting continuous improvements within stock control processes
• Completing all relevant documentation accurately

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within a Stock Controller or Inventory Controller role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and stock management systems
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
