About the role
HOURS
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
5:00pm – 8:00pm
DUTIES
The role involves supporting the family during the evening routine, ensuring the children are collected, fed, and settled for bedtime.
Duties will include:
School pick-up for the 4-year-old (started school in September)
Nursery pick-up for the 2-year-old (nursery is opposite the home)
Feeding the children and preparing simple evening meals
Supporting bedtime routines for all three children
General care and supervision during the evening period
Occasional sole charge when required
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Experience caring for babies and young children
Confident managing multiple children across different ages
Warm, calm, and organised approach
Reliable and punctual
Driver required
Live-out only
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The 4-year-old started school in September. The 2-year-old and 4-year-old both have mild glue ear. Mum will be on maternity leave until mid-November, so there will be additional parental support during the initial period.
This is a long-term position within a friendly household looking for a trustworthy and consistent presence to support the evening routine.
