We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join a welcoming Special Educational Needs (SEN) School in Epsom. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding environment, supporting pupils with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), Speech and Language Difficulties, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and associated learning difficulties. About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs. Assist students with their learning, communication, and social development. Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour. Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Help create a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment where every child can thrive. What We're Looking For A compassionate and patient individual who enjoys working with children. A positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting young people with SEN. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Previous experience working in an SEN setting is desirable but not essential.
