Accounts Technician

Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be working one of Ireland’s leading provider of on-site commercial and industrial laundry equipment with over 30 years extensive experience based in Newry.

The are looking for an Accounts Technician to join their finance team offering a Full Time Role as well as Part Time.

Full Time – Monday to Friday 9-5 paying £30,000 – £35,000

Part Time – 2 to 3 days paying £15.00 – £17.50

Roles and Responsibilities

• Office admin
• Assisting with daily and weekly bank transactions
• Prepare management accounts, journals and commentary.
• Manage reconciliations, ledgers, payables and receivables.
• Support budgets, forecasts and cash flow.
• Track fixed assets and capital spend.
• Support VAT, returns and audits.
• Deliver reports and business insight.

Desirable Criteria

• Industry experience based in a sales/service business
• Accounting Technician qualified with experience gained in a similar role
• Confident IT skills to include computerised accounts & MS Office
