What You Will Do:

– Act as the primary contact for customer queries, delivering timely and professional support via phone and email.

– Process customer orders accurately, ensuring alignment with stock levels, pricing, and delivery schedules.

– Raise and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and supplies, while liaising with suppliers to confirm pricing and delivery details.

– Schedule collections and deliveries with logistics providers, preparing necessary documentation such as packing lists and shipping notes.

– Create and maintain product records in ERP or inventory systems, ensuring accurate data entry for specifications, pricing, and categorisation.

– Provide day-to-day administrative support to operations and supply chain teams, maintaining organised records and assisting with process improvements.

What You Will Bring:

– Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or logistics support role, preferably within manufacturing or distribution.

– Familiarity with supply chain processes and systems, including order management and transport coordination.

– Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Sage.

– Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, maintaining high attention to detail.
