Warehouse Operative – Crick, Northamptonshire

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Crick, Northamptonshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, Monday to Friday working with no weekends, weekly pay, ongoing full-time work and immediate starts available.

£13.51 Per Hour | £16.89 Overtime | Monday to Friday | No Weekends | Weekly Pay | Ongoing Work | Immediate Starts

This position would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Warehouse Operative, Order Picker, Warehouse Associate, Goods In Operative, Container Unloader or General Operative.

Shifts

 • Monday to Friday
 • Rotating shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm
 • No weekend working
 • Full-time hours

Rates of Pay

 • £13.51 per hour basic
 • £16.89 per hour overtime after 37.5 hours
 • Weekly pay

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

 • Working within the Goods In department
 • Unloading containers and units
 • Completing heavy lifting duties, including two-person lifts where required
 • Palletising, wrapping and banding pallets
 • Receiving, checking and booking in stock accurately
 • Moving, storing and organising stock within the warehouse
 • Ensuring all products are stored safely and correctly
 • Following all health and safety procedures

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

 • Previous warehouse experience
 • Basic level of spoken and written English
 • Good attention to detail
 • Reliability and strong timekeeping skills
 • Good communication skills
 • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 • Positive and proactive attitude
 • Ability to undertake manual handling duties
 • Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts
