Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator / Order Processor | Location: Billericay, Essex
Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum DOE
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Noble Recruiting are recruiting for a Sales Administrator / Order Processor to join a local business based in Billericay, Essex. This is a permanent, office-based position, ideal for an organised administrator with excellent customer service and accurate data entry skills.

The role:

• Process customer orders received by telephone and email
• Prepare and send order confirmations
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding products and orders
• Manage incoming telephone calls and emails
• Maintain accurate customer and order records
• Provide general administrative support to the team

You will need:

• Previous administration, order processing or customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Accurate data entry and keyboard skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• A flexible, reliable and proactive approach

Hours and benefits:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
• 1 hour lunch break
• Salary circa £25,000 DOE
• 25 days annual holiday entitlement
• Permanent, full time employment
