PQE: 8+ PQE
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: Circa £80k

THE ROLE:
If you are Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new opportunity where you can play an integral role in further developing the profile of the commercial property team within the region. The firm are keen to hear from driven Commercial Property Solicitors who are keen to drive a department into the next stage of growth and are looking for the autonomy to shape and develop a team. You will be joining a team which has a strong regional reputation offering plenty of scope and potential for further opportunities for growth.

THE CANDIDATE:
If you have proven experience of building relationships, developing a commercial property practice and sound technical expertise, we would be keen to hear from you. You will have at least 8 years of experience in advising across the broad range of commercial property matters including leases, development, property finance, investment property transactions, commercial acquisitions and disposals and option and promotion agreements. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will either be an existing Partner, Legal Director or experienced Senior Associate seeking a new challenge.
