Temporary Chef required for Christmas

Chef’s Recruitment is looking for an experienced chef to support a prestigious 3 AA Rosette country inn over the busy festive period.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef with a strong fine dining background to join a high-quality kitchen team during one of the busiest times of the year.

The Role

• Providing support within a high-standard, fine dining kitchen.
• Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients to deliver outstanding dishes.
• Supporting the kitchen team during the busy Christmas period.
• Maintaining excellent hygiene standards and following kitchen procedures.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working in a fine dining establishment is essential.
• Experience in a Rosette-awarded kitchen would be advantageous.
• A strong understanding of high-end food preparation and presentation.
• Able to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
• Flexible and reliable, with a willingness to work over the Christmas period, including bank holidays.
