What We Offer:

• Competitive basic salary of £40,300 per annum with an OTE of £47,000 – £50,000 including shift allowances

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional maintenance quality and service across complex production machinery
• Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM), proactive fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs
• Collaborate closely with the wider engineering team to minimize plant downtime and optimize reliability
• Assist with site engineering projects, machinery upgrades, and contribute continuous improvement ideas

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing or production environments (Injection, Blow, or Extrusion Moulding is highly desirable)
• Relevant engineering qualifications (ideally HNC/HND or equivalent time-served status)
• Flexibility to work a rotational shift pattern (including day, back, and night shifts) following initial onboarding
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform well under pressure to minimize plant downtime
