Lettings Agent

A well-established property and asset management business based in Wimbledon is looking for a motivated and confident Lettings Agent to join its busy team.
Managing a substantial portfolio of properties across London, you will play a key role in the day-to-day lettings operation, overseeing the process from initial enquiries through to successful tenancy agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and updating online property listings
• Responding to and managing applicant enquiries
• Sourcing and qualifying prospective tenants
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Following up with applicants and progressing potential lets
• Negotiating offers between landlords and prospective tenants
• Maintaining and updating the CRM system
• Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
• Building and maintaining strong client and tenant relationships
• Managing and resolving tenant queries and issues professionally
• Providing general office administration and support
• Working towards individual and company targets

The Ideal Candidate

• Confident, well-presented and professional
• Naturally personable with strong sales ability
• Experienced in sales, customer service or a similar client-facing environment
• Confident communicating with people over the telephone and in person
• Calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations
• A strong negotiator with excellent communication skills
• Target-driven and motivated by achieving results
• Customer-focused with a professional approach
• Comfortable using initiative and working independently
• Highly organised with excellent time-management skills
• A strong team player

Working Hours & Travel

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00am – 5:30pm
• No car required
• Travel to properties across London is covered by the company
