Sales Account Manager - £35,000 + Commission (£43,000 OTE)

Harlow, Essex | Office-based with UK & European Travel

We're looking for a commercially minded Sales Account Manager to manage and develop key customer accounts across the UK and Europe and drive brand awareness.

This isn't a cold-calling, hard-selling role. We're looking for someone with experience managing B2B accounts. We're looking for someone who enjoys building strong relationships with customers such as retailers, distributors, and key trade partners, helping them launch new products, increase sales, and develop long-term growth opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and developing retail, distributor and key customer accounts across the UK and Europe
• Supporting your customers with new product launches and go-to-market activity
• Identifying opportunities to grow sales within existing accounts
• Presenting samples and new products, commercial plans and promotional opportunities
• Building strong relationships with buyers, distributors and industry partners
• Working closely with product, marketing and operations teams
• Travelling across the UK and Europe to meet customers and attend trade events

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing B2B accounts within consumer / physical products
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with retailers, distributors, wholesalers or buying groups
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to growing accounts
• Confident presenting to customers and building trusted partnerships
• Happy to travel across Europe
