Our client is an established, growing business based in Hammersmith, helping people navigate the exciting but sometimes complicated process of buying property or moving abroad. Through its specialist overseas property information services, it connects customers with trusted property, legal and financial professionals. This role is for an ASAP start date with interviews w/c 19th October

The Role

As a Graduate Property Consultant, you’ll speak with people exploring an overseas property purchase, understand what they need and help them access the right guidance and professional contacts. This is a phone-based, target-driven position with plenty of opportunities to develop your communication, relationship-building and consultative sales skills. You’ll receive personalised training and work towards an internal sales accreditation as your confidence grows.

• Speak with prospective buyers by phone and digital channels to understand their overseas property plans.
• Build rapport, answer questions and provide helpful, customer-focused guidance.
• Connect suitable customers with trusted property and professional service partners.
• Introduce relevant currency exchange services where they could benefit customers.
• Keep customer records and conversations accurate in the company CRM.
• Work towards individual targets while contributing to team success.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with new people.
• Comfortable making calls, working towards targets and handling objections.
• Organised, resilient and able to build trust with customers.
• Positive team player who enjoys learning and a little healthy competition.
• Educated to degree level with a 2:1 or above

Nice-to-have:

• An interest in international property, travel, customer service or sales. Previous sales experience is not specified as essential.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail or hospitality would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
