Finance Manager, Duncrue with hybrid

£45k to £55k + bonus

An Exciting opportunity to join a leading business in their industry as their new Finance Manager.

Reporting into Senior Management you will lead a small finance team, duties including;

• Deliver accurate financial reporting, strong controls and streamlined processes
• Support the Finance Director with strategic decisions, performance and business-wide control
• Gain broad experience, rapid development and career progression in a growing business
• Oversee transactional finance
• Manage working capital and cash efficiently
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements to reporting deadlines
• Maintain effective credit control
• Optimise Sage Intacct efficiency and functionality
• Help develop reporting and insights from Sage Intacct and Power BI
• Complete tax returns and payments accurately and on time
• Prepare audit files and liaise with external auditors
• Promote strong financial controls
• Undertake other related duties as required

What we are looking for…

• Recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA etc) or QBE
• Experienced in a similar role
• Strong IT skills
