This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Administrator to join our client’s highly successful team in Watford! This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be covering both sales and lettings administration, so this role will suit someone who is organised and happy to get involved in all areas of the business.

• At least 6 months’ experience within residential property administration would be preferred, but is not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Superb customer service skills
• Use initiative
• Work well as a team
• Be computer literate
• Live locally to the office.

The salary on offer will be in the region of £26,000 to £30,000 depending on experience. Parking provided.
