Project Manager – Retro Fit Contractor

Location: Taunton area
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Hybrid Working + Benefits + Performance Bonus

Our client is a leading specialist in residential retrofit and decarbonisation, delivering high-quality, end-to-end retrofit solutions across social housing and private portfolios. Operating under PAS2035 and TrustMark frameworks, they support projects from initial assessment and funding through to installation, compliance and tenant engagement — delivering retrofit solutions at scale across the UK.

The Role

As Retrofit Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of retrofit programmes across the Taunton area, overseeing multiple live sites and ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and on programme.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of retrofit projects from mobilisation through to completion
• Overseeing site operations, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
• Ensuring full compliance with PAS2035 and retrofit best practice
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, supply chain partners, contractors and residents
• Proactively resolving site and programme challenges to keep delivery moving

About You

You’ll be a confident, hands-on Project Manager with a strong background in retrofit, energy efficiency or complex construction projects.

You’ll ideally have:

• Proven experience managing multi-site construction or retrofit programmes
• Strong knowledge of compliance-led delivery (PAS2035 experience is highly desirable)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and drive results on site
