The Role

As a Property Consultant, you will:

• Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers and property investors
• Generate new business and develop your own client network
• Negotiate deals and guide clients through the property sales process
• Identify new business opportunities and build your personal brand in the market
• Stay up to date with Dubai's property market and emerging opportunities
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Identify additional earning opportunities through referrals across services such as mortgages, IFX and property management
• Work independently to achieve your targets while contributing to a successful team

Property Consultant Requirements

• Minimum of two years' sales experience in any industry
• A willingness to relocate to Dubai, if not already based there
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• A secondary language is advantageous but not essential 
• Valid driving licence 
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A confident, competitive and target-driven attitude
• Enjoy speaking to new people and building relationships every day
• Thrive under pressure and remain focused in a fast-paced environment
• Embrace continuous learning and personal development
• Take ownership of your own success and be financially motivated
• Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team culture
