Pangbourne, West Berkshire Orchid Healthcare Registered Nurse| Staff Nurse | Nurse Adult | RGN Nursing | Nursing Home | Elderly Care | Dementia Care JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client, a purpose-built nursing home near Pangbourne, is currently looking to recruit a permanent Staff Nurse to help provide the highest levels of nursing care to their elderly residents. * Registered Adult Nurse – RGN * £24 per hour * 48 hours per week * Day or night shifts available * Nursing, dementia and residential care to the elderly * Job reference JO19660 SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: * You must be a qualified nurse – RGN - and have a valid NMC PIN * Excellent communication skills * Passion for elderly and dementia care * Dedication to providing the highest levels of care * Previous experience within a similar setting * Minimum 2 years’ nursing experience JOB REQUIREMENTS OF THE REGISTERED NURSE / RN / STAFF NURSE: * Planning, assessing, delivering and evaluating individual care * Organising and motivating the carers to ensure good standards of care are delivered * May assist in inductions and orientations of new care staff * Liaising with other healthcare professionals * Maintaining accurate drug records (storage, maintenance and use) * Providing the highest standards of medical or palliative care at all times Staff Nurse / RNA / RN1 / Registered Nurse / RGN / Nursing Home / Nurse Adult / Night Nurse By submitting an application, you are consenting to Orchid Healthcare securely holding and processing your personal data and contacting you in relation to the services we provide.
