We're recruiting for a Property Valuer / Lister to join an established estate agency in Bexley, South East London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional with a strong track record of converting valuations into instructions, generating new business and securing the best possible sale prices for vendors. With guaranteed earnings for the first three months, regular incentives and excellent career development opportunities, this role offers the chance to maximise your earning potential while playing a key part in the branch's success.

The Role

As a Property Valuer / Lister, you will:

• Conduct property valuations and convert appraisals into new instructions
• Provide expert marketing advice to help vendors achieve the best possible sale price
• Win new listings and maximise instruction opportunities
• Generate new leads and proactively develop new business
• Build strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
• Work closely with the sales team to match properties with suitable buyers
• Support morning meetings and team performance when the Branch Manager is away
• Contribute to branch management, profitability and overall business growth

Property Valuer / Lister Requirements:

• Previous experience in property valuations and listing is essential
• Proven track record of converting valuations into instructions
• Strong business development skills and the ability to generate new leads
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded, target-driven and motivated to achieve results
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Full UK driving licence
