Support Worker with Complex Care Experience

Pertemps Medical is recruiting for a range of permanent opportunities with a new client across multiple locations in England.


We're looking for compassionate, resilient and experienced care professionals to support individuals with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and behaviours that challenge.


Current opportunities and pay rates:


🔹 Support Workers – £14.50 per hour


🔹 Senior Support Workers – £15.00 per hour


🔹 Team Leaders – £16.00 per hour


🔹 Deputy Managers – Competitive salary, dependent on experience


These roles involve delivering safe, person-centred care within structured, multidisciplinary environments, including enhanced staffing arrangements of 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1.


We're particularly interested in hearing from individuals with experience supporting people with complex behavioural needs, an understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and de-escalation techniques, and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.


For senior and management positions, experience in team leadership, care planning, risk management and supporting colleagues in complex care settings will be particularly valuable.


📍 Locations: Across England, including the Midlands, North West, Yorkshire, North East and parts of Southern England.


🕒 Working hours: Full-time positions within services operating around the clock, with shift patterns and opportunities for additional hours to be confirmed.


💼 Contract: Permanent
