Noble Recruiting is seeking a Trainee Freight Export Operator for a permanent role with an established freight forwarding company in West Thurrock, Essex. An excellent opportunity to start a career in freight forwarding, shipping and export logistics, with full support from an experienced export team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with export shipping documentation and paperwork.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and tracking information.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and overseas agents.
• Respond to freight and shipping enquiries.
• Support the export operations team with daily administration.

Skills & Experience

• Interest in freight forwarding, shipping and logistics.
• Previous office, administration or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good attention to detail and confident using Microsoft Office.
• Freight, logistics or import/export experience advantageous.
• Own transport desirable.
