Move teams from looking back to looking ahead. Use trends and leading indicators to flag issues early, such as contractor capacity gaps, at-risk clients or slowing job volumes, and build them into workflows and alerts so teams act before problems land. Identify and size growth opportunities. Spot where we can grow, such as clients with headroom, under-used services, regions with unmet demand or gaps in supply with a clear recommendation and next step. Run commercial analysis. Carry out ad-hoc and strategic deep dives for business cases, board and leadership packs, client reviews and commercial decisions. Work with Data Engineering. When the business needs new data fields or models, turn that need into a clear requirement for the team. Use AI to explore data. Draft insights and speed up analysis, and apply the judgement and checks that keep the output accurate.
