About the role
We are working with an award-winning architecture and design studio with offices in London & the gulf who are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the strategic development and implementation of BIM across the practice. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards while driving innovation in digital design and information management.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM professional with strong Revit expertise to shape best practice, support project teams, and champion digital transformation within a highly respected design-led environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the practice-wide BIM strategy and implementation
- Act as the primary BIM expert, providing guidance and technical support to project teams
- Deliver BIM and Revit training to staff at all levels
- Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, procedures, and quality control processes
- Support project teams with BIM execution planning and project-specific delivery strategies
- Manage and develop Revit workflows, family libraries, and associated digital tools
- Coordinate information exchange with clients, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Monitor industry developments and promote innovation across the practice
Requirements:
- Experience in a BIM management or senior BIM coordination role
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and information management processes
- Experience managing large-scale federated Revit models
- Working knowledge of ISO 19650 Parts 1 and 2
- Understanding of COBie and Uniclass 2015
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to develop and implement office-wide BIM strategies
- RIBA Part 1 or 2 qualification, or equivalent, preferred
