OVERVIEW:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will handle a varied commercial property caseload, advising clients including property developers, investors, landlords, tenants and financial institutions and providing clear, pragmatic and commercially focused solutions. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of property and transactional documentation, while supporting colleagues and assisting other departments where required. There will also be opportunities to play an active role in business development and wider firm initiatives. Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors with 1–4 years’ PQE who have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
